Our Products

Our company regularly produces four different types of cements and one type of masonry cement branded as “Usjemal”. Three out of the four cements are Portland cements in the standard compressive strength class 42,5, while one of them is Pozzolanic in the standard compressive strength class 32,5 .One of the four cements is “clean” i.e. pure clinker, while the rest have mineral components as a main constituents in order to improve some specifics of each different type of cement. The following graph explains advantages of cements with mineral components .

For special projects, based on customers demand we can produce cements with special requirements. Last example was construction of the Sv. Petka dam with low heat of hydration cement (build in the period 2010 – 2012). The aim was to produce special cement with LH < 270 J/g according EN 197-1:2011 and EN 196-8:2010, with minimal compressive strength of 35 MPa at 28 days. Our production process is certified in line with the international standards: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Cement is one of the most important construction materials. Like worldwide, in line with the Law for construction materials and relevant rulebooks, cements are classified as 1+ product. This means very strict internal and external quality control. The internal quality control and conformity evaluation of the products are performed by our Quality Department in line with the standards MKC EN 197-1 and the series of standards MKC EN-196. The external control and certification (in line with the above mentioned standards and the MKC EN 197-2) is done by the accredited inspection body (ZIM-Skopje), as well as Eurocert-Greece responsible for CE-marking of our products. More for certificates

Attestation of conformity (AoC) is the legal means by which a manufacturer can demonstrate and then declare that the product conforms to a harmonized standard. Different levels (“systems”) of attestation are appropriate for construction products depending on the implications in terms of integrity of finished “works”, of a failure to conform.

The level set for common cements by the European Commission is “system 1+” which is the HIGHEST LEVEL. This requires independent sampling and testing of cement in addition to requirement for manufacturer’s factory production control.

MKC EN 197-2 (EN 197-2:2000 ) specifies the scheme for the evaluation of conformity of cements to their corresponding product specification standards, including certification of conformity by certification body ( has responsibility for three separate functions: certification, inspection and testing ).These three functions may be carried out by one or more bodies.

Our cements can be delivered aider in 50kg bags, or in bulk. Before loading bulk, silo-trucks are checked to avoid contamination of the cement from the previous load. Our company offers bulk transport with our own silo-trucks. Cement is the basic component for production of the most popular construction material – concrete. After water, concrete is commodity with highest consumption per capita in the world. Concrete producers and consumers should strictly follow the technical specifications of the project and the valid standards for concrete MKC EN-206. Link to RMC page.
